I came across Wyatt’s story on a Facebook Group for classic Ford truck owners. My first conversation with his mother, Wendy, would set in motion a nearly two year journey to make this film. I was blessed with a crew whose hearts were in it from the beginning and the Eddy Family, who worked tirelessly alongside me despite the weight of their unimaginable grief. WYATZ 66 is our loving tribute to this brilliant, big-for-his-age, kindhearted boy who, through this film, will deeply affect people he had yet to meet. This one got to me - it’s the most important story I will ever tell.
